These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of A2S Cinemas ("the Service"), including the A2S Cinemas mobile application and website. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the A2S Cinemas application or website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

A2S Cinemas provides a mobile entertainment platform that allows users to browse, purchase access to and stream movies and entertainment content. The Service is currently available as an Android mobile application.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not redistribute, broadcast, modify or commercially exploit any content accessed through the Service.

3. User Accounts

To access content on A2S Cinemas, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

4. Content and Licences

A2S Cinemas operates a pay-per-view model. When you purchase access to a title, you are granted a time-limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view that content for the specified access period (e.g. 7 days, 30 days).

This licence does not grant you the right to:

• Download or save content to your device for offline use (unless explicitly enabled)
• Copy, reproduce or redistribute content
• Record or screenshot content (technically restricted by the app)
• Share your account or stream with multiple simultaneous users
• Sublicence or commercially exploit the content

5. Payments

All payments on A2S Cinemas are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Once a content purchase is completed and access is granted, refunds are generally not available except in cases of technical failure on our part.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass content protection or DRM measures
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Share account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Impersonate A2S Cinemas or its representatives
• Circumvent rate limiting or authentication systems

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on A2S Cinemas, including movies, images, trademarks, logos and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The A2S Cinemas name, logo and app design are the property of A2S Cinemas.

Content available on the platform may be licensed from third parties. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of such content may violate copyright law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Razorpay (payments), AWS (video delivery), Cloudinary (images) and Brevo (email). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. A2S Cinemas is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain the A2S Cinemas Service at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by such unavailability.

10. Termination

You may stop using A2S Cinemas and request account deletion at any time. See our Account Deletion page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.

11. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. A2S CINEMAS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, A2S CINEMAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to A2S Cinemas in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
